Metatarsal woe for Tongey

02 April 2010 13:16
Full back Dale Tonge has been ruled out for the rest of the season. The 24 year-old, who recently made his way back from a similar foot injury, limped out of last weeks game with Macclesfield at half time.Scans have revealed a crack and the injury needs to be pinned, ruling the defender out of the promotion mix. Boss Ronnie Moore brought in Leeds youngster Liam Darville on deadline day and either himself or Mark Lynch will fill Tonge's slot.We wish Dale all the best ahead of his recovery.Meanwhile Moore has no new other injury concerns ahead of tomorrows game with Port Vale, and could recall Tom Pope and Kevin Ellison, scorers for the reserves in midweek.Welcome to MillersMadHere's our LATEST Messageboard topics MillersMAD are proud sponsors of Dale Tonges home kit.
