Meanwhile, Titans to Millmoor?

The old girl could be brought back to some use as Rotherham Titans look to get back into the top flight, but would need a new home to do it. The Titans are bidding to bring their glory days of recent years of Premier rugby and Chairman Nick Cragg believes a move is the only option if the club is to realise its goals. He said to todays Tiser: "We have realised that we have to move and the best solution will be for Rotherham Rugby Club to play at Millmoor. It's patently obvious that if we can come to an agreement then it will be the ideal move for us. Hopefully we will be able to reach a deal which is acceptable to all. "But if we can't do that then we have to think about other options, as Rotherham United have done." The Titans expect to play on a Friday night if given the nod so as not to clash with the Millers league fixtures in their new home at Guest and Chrimes. Added Mr Cragg: "Rotherham United chairman Tony Stewart wants the new ground to be solely for their use and if that's his decision then we respect it. It is a sadness to me but I don't believe that position will change."
