Former Captain Ryan Cresswell admits to Radio Sheffield that he and former boss Andy Scott didnt see eye to eye, but looks forward to working with new gaffer Steve Evans.

In an honest interview with Radio Sheffield, Cressy admits that he missed games because of a fall out with former gaffer Andy Scott.

"He didnt like the way that I had a lot to say to other people on his opinions. I didn't like what he said, he know's I didn't like what he said and thats what's cost me games this season.

"But I'm a honest person and I'm opinionated and I'll tell the truth, sometimes it gets you in trouble but more often than not what I fetch to the table is what Rotherham United need, thats not being big-headed but I just think thats the reality."

Meanwhile, he's had talks with new gaffer Steve Evans and looks forward to working with him after coming back into the squad; "We've had a discussion and he likes what I bring to the table and I seem to be his sort of player, the old manager never seemed to think that.

"The new gaffers come in and hopefully he can improve me as a player and we can improve as a squad and get promotion next year becuase thats the aim." he added.
