Machines set to move onto Stadium site....

With the Millers aquisition of the former Gloystarne warehouses at the bottom of Don Street, the diggers are about to move in and demolish the buildings ready for the new stadium work according to todays Star. The Millers proposed new 12,000 stadium is step by step becoming more of a reality.Todays Rotherham Star is reporting that machinery will be moving onto the site in the next week to demolish the old Gloystarne warehouses which were recently gutted by fire. The warehouses are situated where the 500 space car park will be laid.Commercial Director Steve Coakley told the star that work had been going on behind the scenes and added; "It will go up, Just because people have not heard something every week does not mean it isn't progressing, it is.
