Loanees return to parent clubs

Striker Jordan Slew and winger Courtney Cameron have both returned to their parent clubs, as boss Steve Evans looks for replacements.

Cameron has returned to Aston Villa under the terms of his youth loan after missing Tuesdays win at Oxford with a muscle strain, whilst Slew's months loan from Blackburn Rovers expired yesterday.

Evans confirmed in Thursdays press conference that both men have now left the club, and that he hopes to agree a deal with another loanee from the Championship on Monday, believed to be a striker.

Meanwhile defender Claude Davis is a doubt for the weekend game against Dagenham with the dead leg that forced him off shortly after half time at the Kassam Stadium.
