Le Fondre hopes to 'nick' a goal.

Adam Le Fondre knows how tight the first leg of the playoffs can be, but he will be looking to give the Millers an advantage to take to Don Valley. Adam Le Fondre the Millers leading scorer with 28 goals to his name this season, saw his last club Rochdale fail at the same stage last season. Speaking to the official Site 'Alf' knows how important not conceding in the first leg is, and what a boost it would be if the Millers could come away from The Recreation Ground with a goal advantage. Le Fondre said:"You tend to find the first game is really cagey and you don't want to be the one to make a mistake. What we've got to do, is just keep it tight in the first game, stay solid and hopefully nick a goal, Then we can get them back to Don Valley and hopefully put them to the sword."Both legs look like attracting large crowds, Alf saying:"Obviously it's nice to play in front of big crowds, when you turn up at grounds and you see that they're full, it's nice to see". Le Fondre added: "We've got some experienced players in the squad who know what they play-Offs are about. We've just got to take in the pressure, handle it the right way, and hopefully get the right result."Welcome to MillersMadHere's our LATEST Messageboard topics MillersMAD are proud sponsors of Dale Tonges home kit.
