Le Fondre contract talks continue

Rotherham are no nearer agreeing terms on a new contract with leading goalscorer Adam Le Fondre. The Millers opened negotiations with their star asset several months ago, but he is yet to sign an extension to his current deal, which has 18 months to run, although talks are still running. Manager Ronnie Moore told Press Association Sport: "Talks are on-going, they're always on-going, we've just got to wait and see. "We'd certainly like him to sign a new contract, there's no doubt about that. We've not had a lot of interest in him, but I'm sure that will come, so we've just got to keep our fingers crossed. "Everybody talks about him, but nobody has done any action about it. The longer we can keep him here the better it will be for us." Le Fondre, 23, has scored 15 goals in 16 league games and one in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy this season.
