Cadogan was left out of the matchday squad entirely for the 0-0 draw, boss Andy Scott told Radio Sheffield that he felt the 21 year old needed resting.
"Kieron got cramp on Saturday and he was feeling a little bit tight on Monday and I was going to put him on the bench, but I just felt that a couple of days rest will probably do him the world of good."
"He's still only a young lad who's never played three games in a week at this level. These are decision that can backfire, Kierons done well for us but Grabb's has been itching to get some game time and I just felt it was right and it proved to be the case." he added
