I'd give Jamie a chance - Moore

10 September 2010 09:42
After rookie keeper Jamie Annerson last week spoke about possibly getting more time in the first team, boss Ronnie Moore agreed that he's ready for his chance in the JPT. "Without going overboard, I was pleasantly pleased with how well Jamie did." Ronnie told todays Advertiser."He didn't have to make 20 saves or anything but he was always in the right positions to help out his back four and he commanded them well and his decision-making was good. He's young, hungry and enthusiastic and at 6ft 3in he has got a presence about him." "If Andy Warrington was to get injured, as a manager I have to make a choice. Do I go out and bring an experienced keeper in or do I give the kid a chance? Having seen Jamie's performance I would give him the chance." Moore added.Welcome to MillersMadHere's our LATEST Messageboard topics MillersMAD are proud sponsors of Miller Bear's home kit
