Grabb's was tapped up - Scott

Despite rejecting numerous bids on him, boss Andy Scott Tells Radio Sheffield, striker Lewis Grabban was tapped up by an unamed club.

Grabban has been eyed up by numerous clubs and the Millers rejected bids from fellow League 2 club Crawley Town in the January transfer window.

"I think there was extenuating cirmunstances by certain clubs getting involved in a more detailed way then they probably should have done outside of our control."

"That happens in football, theres people involved that don't necessary follow the guidelines that are there and do the right way of doing things."

"There's a nasty side of the game, football isnt a nice business to be in, wether its right or wrong is anybody elses opinion but when it affects your player it's not a nice thing." he added.
