The 29-year-old joins Stephen Brogan, Ryan Taylor, Drewe Broughton, David Haggerty and Dale Tonge in agreeing new terms as manager Mark Robins continues his plans for next season. Fenton, now tied to the club until the summer of 2011, told the club's official website: "The new deal will keep me at the club for another two years which is fantastic. "I feel I have done well this season and the gaffer did say that if things went well he would reward me, so he has kept his promise." Fenton has forged a solid partnership alongside Ian Sharps at the heart of the Millers' defence since arriving from Grimsby last summer and made well over 50 appearances in his first season.
