Goalkeeper Andy Warrington thanks the Millers fans for their support while hoping he can keep his place back in the first team.

The 34 year old was told in the summer that he was no longer first choice keeper and found himself 3rd choice and was free to leave if he could find another club.

However the fans favorite found himself back between the sticks in the JPT game against Sheffield United and kept his place for the 1-0 defeat against Burton on Saturday.

Speaking on Andy said; "The support means everything to me. I think we have got a very good mutual respect for each other and I would go on record thanking them for that, I had a lot of support in the summer and hopefully I can now stay in the side and repay the fans for supporting me."

"Everyone knows how I feel about this club. I never wanted to leave, I just got my head down, worked hard and I've got to try and keep in the side now.

"I made it clear that I wanted to stay here and the gaffer knows that. Pre-season went well, I didn't sulk about things and it's just a case of getting on with my job." he added
