Evans quashes touchline ban rumours

Boss Steve Evans confirmed he has not received a touchline ban at his Thursday press conference, and also has a string of players back available for Saturdays game with Fleetwood.

The Millers manager watched Tuesday nights 4-1 win over Exeter from the directors box which started the inevitable rumours of something untoward.

But Evans confirmed he has received no sanction to stay away from the touchline, but may do so again for Saturdays match.

Elsewhere there's good news on the injury front with Liam Ridehalgh now fully fit and Claude Davis and Mark Bradley expected to train before the weekend.

Lee Frecklington has recovered from a virus and Johnny Mullins is back after suspension, meaning the only likely absentee will be Danny Kearns who is still struggling with an ankle injury.

Full interview will appear later.
