Evans keeping tabs on Marshall
Steve Evans says he is keeping a close eye on winger Marcus Marshall's progress at Macclesfield. Evans had Marshall watched at the weekend and told Millersplayer he knows all about the wide mans ability. "We know Marcus anyway and what he can do. I don't think it's any secret that on his day Marcus is outstanding."There's a whole evaluation process has to take place plus, of course, we've got to look at the market and our options of the players that we like. As a management team we've seen Marcus as a Macclesfield player so I don't think we need to see him play for Rotherham this season - we also have to be fair to the boys who are currently in the camp."
