Evans hopes to add wide man this week

With Steve Evans looking to do more business in the transfer market this week, he will also look at the situation with his current loanees.

Jack O'Connell and Courtney Cameron played their final games for the club yesterday and Evans may look to extend those deals, whilst also adding his wing target.

He explained to the clubs website: "I am hopeful more than confident of adding a wide player but I will know more about that on Tuesday or Wednesday."As for players leaving I will again give the option to two or three players to go on loan to get some first-team competitive action, it is something they need to do and not sit here waiting to play for us, they are not ready for that."This week I also have to finalise a decision in relation to extending our loan players. All the lads have indicated they would like to stay at the Millers, but I need to look in detail at the squad and the playing options but I can say now I am delighted with all of them."

Liam Ridehalgh is available to face Barnet as his loan expires next weekend. Meanwhile Evans confirmed he has no new injury problems after yesterdays FA Cup defeat at Aldershot.

Kari Arnason faces a one game ban after being sent off and Craig Morgan is around a week away from any first team action.

David Noble and Lionel Ainsworth hope to continue their comebacks in a midweek practice match.
