After last seasons melee with his former club Crawley at Bradford City, boss Steve Evans says he'll take his new team to Valley Parade with pride and dignity.

After last seasons debacle between Bradford City & Crawley Town which saw Steve Evans served with a fine and a 6 match stadium ban, he tell's the Tiser that he's expecting some abuse from the Bradford fans but there won't be a repeat of the ugly scenes.

5 players were sent off after the final whistle including now Millers defender Claude Davis, but Evans said; “That is now in the past and we will go to Bradford as a club. Steve Evans and Rotherham United are going there to win a football match, simple as that,”

“I will lead my team to Valley Parade and we know what to expect but we will have the pride and the dignity that goes with being part of this club. The best way to answer it all is to be professional and come home with the points.”

He also looked to tomorrows game against Fleetwood; “They are both massive games and we desperately need the points, I hope we can build on the momentum of this week and I hope our fans really get behind us and make the New York a cauldron tomorrow.” he added
