Speaking to the Advertiser today, Evans spoke about Devitt who signed a months loan deal with the Millers yesterday, joining from Hull City.
“Like Josh Morris, who we brought in last week, I think we have a player (Devitt) our supporters will like. He’s lively and exciting and he can also play on the left and if he goes well in training he will certainly be in contention tomorrow.”
Stevenage visit the New York Stadium sitting fourth in League One, "They are the favourites and and I don't think you can say that about many teams that come to the New York Stadium. In fact I think they will win promotion. It's a tough tie for us but it's one for us to look forward to. Nothing beats a run in the cup and after all that has gone on here with the new stadium and the other changes, the club and the supporters deserve it." Evans said
