Ryan Cresswell is revelling in his dream start to life at Rotherham. The 22-year-old defender joined his hometown club from Bury in the summer and was immediately made captain by manager Ronnie Moore. He marked his debut with a late winner against Lincoln on the opening day of the season and repeated the trick deep into injury time in Saturday's victory at Accrington. Cresswell, who is determined to build on his fine start by leading the Millers to promotion, told Press Association Sport: "It has started off pretty well, especially the debut at home when I scored the winner, it's been amazing really. "I am deeply privileged and it`s an honour to be the captain of my hometown club, I have said before I am a fan of the club and it is just great to lead the lads out. "I'd like to go up automatically. Everyone knows the aim and we're ready for the battle."
