Coid blow for Millers

Rotherham are set to be without on-loan defender Danny Coid for the Bank Holiday trip to Macclesfield. The right-back, on loan from Blackpool, went off at half-time in the emphatic 5-0 win over Port Vale on New Year`s Day with an ankle injury in what was his first game back after a hamstring problem. Luke Ashworth came on for Coid at Don Valley and he is likely to start if Coid, who will be checked on Sunday, is unfit. Boss Ronnie Moore could be tempted into changes to keep his squad fresh, with Arsenal loanee Mark Randall pushing for a start after making a full recovery from a broken collarbone which saw him play the final 25 minutes on Saturday and score a 25-yard screamer. And Moore has no concerns about the potential loss of Coid or having to make changes. "We have got good players here," he told Press Association Sport. "If someone picks a knock up and can't play Monday then I don't think we'll miss them too much because there is quality group of players here."
