Bald truth for Moore

Rotherham boss Ronnie Moore was left `tearing his hair out' after watching his team squander a two-goal lead to draw 2-2 with Northampton. The Millers could not have made a better start, going 2-0 up after 19 minutes courtesy of goals from Ryan Taylor and Marcus Marshall. But they were quickly pegged back by two goals in a minute from Abdul Osman and Andy Holt. Moore said: "I can understand why the fans are pulling their hair out because I'm pulling mine out. We scored two fantastic goals, but when you are two goals up you cannot concede like we did. "When you look at the way we played and defended against Crewe on Saturday, and then we defend like that. "We've been three up here and drawn 3-3 this season and we were two up and drew again. Those dropped points would have put us probably second in the league. There is a lot to work to do, there's no doubt about that. "In the second half it was hit and miss and we didn't really create anything and didn't ask any questions of their keeper, but we have just got to keep going and keep believing."
