All about fitness at this stage - Raynor

Assistant boss Paul Raynor oversees training today ahead of tonights game at Livingston. The Millers kick off their second game in 24 hours tonight at 7.30pm after yesterdays draw at Greenock Morton, and Raynor says the squad is progressing well.   He spoke to the clubs official website after a light training brief earlier today.   “The players who we felt were a little behind are now certainly getting close, and the game time has been a benefit. The players have been working hard, they have been out for training every day, and this morning they are having a cool down ahead of the game this evening.   “It has just been a light session this morning, just to get the legs moving again. They will have some lunch and a little sleep this afternoon ready for the game tonight.   “At the moment it is all about game time and getting the fitness levels up to where we want them to be, that will change as we move forward and start the home friendlies.”
