Footballer head butted girlfriend

A footballer who head butted his girlfriend in a late-night row has been ordered to do 80 hours community service.Ross County player Adam Strachan attacked Laura McDermott, 20, in Glasgow's Buchanan Street Bus Station, the city's sheriff Court heard. The 22-year-old had originally denied the assault but the incident was caught on CCTV. At an earlier hearing, Strachan, of Inverness, admitted the assault.
