Stanley turn down Procter bid
The 25-year-old has been a regular fixture in manager John Coleman's starting line-up since returning from the knee injury which interrupted the start of his season.[LNB]Rochdale are known admirers of the midfielder while a second club failed to meet Stanley's valuation of the player with their initial bid.[LNB]"Rochdale's interest has cooled," Bell told the Lancashire Evening Telegraph.[LNB]"We've had another club showing interest but their valuation is a long way short of ours.
