Rochdale manager Keith Hill has added to his attacking options by snapping up the Blackburn Rovers winger Andy Haworth on a six-month loan deal.
The 21-year-old has made two first-team appearance for the Premier League side and also has experience from a recent loan spell with Gateshead.
Hill told Dale's official website: "We've been looking at Andrew for a while now and he'll compliment our style of play.
"We looked at the bench on Tuesday and felt we didn't have enough options up front so made the move to bring Andrew in to extend those options.
"It's important that we have options all over the pitch and with Andrew we now have an additional forward player."
