League Two leaders Rochdale were held to a goalless draw by Port Vale which extended their unbeaten run to 11.Home on-loan debutant Andy Haworth went agonisingly close to an early goal, but his shot was dragged wide across the face of keeper Chris Martin's goal. Vale were unlucky not to get a penalty when Craig Dawson appeared to push striker Lewis Haldane in the back.
