Dale missing banned Lund

Rochdale will be without suspended midfielder Matty Lund for the visit of Fleetwood.

Lund received his fifth booking of the season in last week's FA Cup win at Rotherham and sits out a one-game ban, but manager Keith Hill has plenty of other midfield options.

Peter Cavanagh, back on the bench for Dale's last two games, could make his first start since August following his return from an Achilles injury, but Bastien Hery, Brian Barry-Murphy and Andrew Tutte will all be in contention.

Striker George Donnelly will be sidelined until the new year with the ankle injury that has kept him out of the last eight matches.

Fleetwood have no new injury concerns and boss Graham Alexander may stick with the team that sent them to the Johnstone's Paint Trophy area finals this week.

The Cod Army are now just one round away from Wembley after beating Rotherham 2-1 at Highbury in midweek, a result sealed by Conor McLaughlin's stunning strike.

Alexander is still without injured strike duo Jamille Matt and David Ball, out with respective ankle and shoulder injuries, although the two are said to be making excellent progress.

Full-back Stephen Jordan, a mainstay in Alexander's side at the start of the season, has not played since August but is considered fully fit after a groin strain.
