McIntyre returns for Dale Rochdale welcome back Kevin McIntyre from suspension for the visit of Bradford. The veteran midfielder sat out the 2-1 victory over Gillingham after his appeal against a red card picked up against Dagenham was rejected. After serving his one-match ban, McIntyre will be looking to regain his place in the team from Matthew Pearson, who replaced him at the weekend. Skipper Peter Cavanagh remains a doubt with a calf injury that has kept him out of the last four matches. Luke Watson (knee), Reece Gray (broken leg) and Matt Edwards (wrist) remain long-term absentees but manager John Coleman has no other injury or suspension worries as his side look to extend their unbeaten run to five matches and leapfrog their opponents in the table. Bradford manager Phil Parkinson is not expected to make any changes to his side. The Bantams lost their 100 per cent home league record this season when going down to Port Vale 1-0 on Saturday, but Parkinson, who has no new injury or suspension problems, was delighted with his side's display and is likely to start with the same players. Goalkeeper Jon McLaughlin and central defender Luke Oliver both returned to the side against Vale in place of Matt Duke and Stephen Darby respectively and should continue. Ricky Ravenhill is pushing hard for his first league start of the season after recovering from a knee injury, but may have to bide his time on the bench. Fellow midfielder Ritchie Jones is another player looking to return to first-team action following a long-term knee injury, but as yet lacks match fitness and requires a run-out for the reserves. Parkinson's side lost their first game in five in the league at the weekend and could move into second place with victory if other results go their way.
