Donnelly doubt for Dale

Rochdale striker George Donnelly is manager Keith Hill's only injury doubt for the home game against AFC Wimbledon.

Donnelly was forced off after sustaining an unspecified injury in last week's defeat at Dagenham & Redbridge and was replaced by Graham Cummins, who could return to the starting line-up.

Hill has no other new injury or suspension worries as his side bid to bounce back to winning ways with a sixth successive home victory.

Skipper Peter Cavanagh (Achilles) remains a long-term absentee, while striker Scott Hogan is scheduled to return to training in a fortnight following a heel injury.

Harry Pell is set to return to the AFC Wimbledon starting line-up for the trip.

Midfielder Pell dropped to the bench against Oxford last weekend as he had been struggling with a foot injury, although he came on for the final 15 minutes of the 2-0 defeat.

Striker Charlie Sheringham played for the reserves in midweek to build up his fitness having been sidelined since August with an ankle injury but he is unlikely to be risked just yet.

Winger Chris Arthur remains on the sidelines with an ankle injury.
