Rochdale set to monitor trialists

"With regards to Gomez, I had a call from an agent asking if we'd take a look at four French players," Hill told the Rochdale Observer. "I declined the opportunity to take all four at once - with no disrespect to trialists from the continent, I am a little wary sometimes. "But I did fancy a left-footed striker and Gomez has done enough during his time with us so far to warrant an extended stay. He will play a part in the game against Everton. "The same goes for Nathan Woolfe. He's done well and we'll assess him further over the next two games."
