Mullan earns Dale deal

The 19-year-old has impressed the Dale boss with his performances for the reserves during a trial period at Spotland.

Mullan had a short spell at Notts County before joining Manchester United's academy.

However, he was released by United in the summer and joins Dale after having earlier trials at Swansea City, Leeds United and Huddersfield Town.
