It was never a penalty - Hill

Hill's side were a goal up and in control of a feisty contest when a linesman awarded a spot-kick for handball against defender Nathan Stanton.[LNB]There appeared little Stanton could do to get out of the way of a cross by Vale's Lee Collins 15 minutes from time, but the linesman ruled otherwise and Marc Richards converted the penalty to give Vale a 1-1 draw.[LNB]An exasperated Hill said: "It was never a penalty. Nathan had his arm across his chest and it was a terrible decision. No disrespect to our opponents, but we were totally in charge of the game and that has robbed us of three points.[LNB]"The result was soul destroying for the players because they know we should have come away from here with a victory. It would be nice to get an apology from the officials, but I don't suppose we will get one."[LNB][LNB]
