Rochdale manager Keith Hill insisted he was not disappointed with the way the season had panned out after his side's faltering play-off hopes were dealt another big blow in a 3-1 defeat at Charlton.Therry Racon gave Charlton the lead and although Dale drew level after Marcus Holness headed home at the second attempt from Brian Barry-Murphy's corner, Charlton struck twice more through Dean Parrett and Paul Benson.Rochdale have lost four of their last five league games to slip to eighth in the table, six points adrift of the top six with two games left.Hill said: "I'm not disappointed with the season and I'm not disappointed to be playing Charlton next season."That in itself is a bit surreal at times when you consider the previous history of this football club, but I'm disappointed not to have made more from the opportunities we've had over the last three or four games."Mentally or physically or collectively together we haven't been good enough and that's deeply disappointing, but understandable when you consider how far we've come."
