Rochdale manager Keith Hill believes the future is bright at Spotland.
The rookie manager took charge in December following Steve Parkin's dismissal and will lead the club to a safe mid-table finish in League Two this season.
And Hill is looking for an improvement next term as Dale look to secure promotion from English football's bottom tier for the first time in 32 years.
"When you are rubbing shoulders with winners - and your team-mates are winners - it rubs off on each other," he told the Rochdale Observer.
"There is a massive winning mentality here, but there is a right way to do it and I feel we have done it the right way.
"We want to press on now as a team, I want to develop as a manager and a coach and so does Dave (Flitcroft, assistant manager) and that's why we want to keep moving forward."
