Hill: That's what we're about

Rochdale manager Keith Hill was not surprised his side clinched all three points as two goals on the counter-attack secured a 2-1 win at play-off bound Bournemouth. Dale teenager Reece Gray stepped off the substitutes' bench with 10 minutes to go to head home an 84th-minute winner after team-mate Matt Done had cancelled out Jason Pearce's opener for Bournemouth. Hill said: "We played quite well. Bournemouth are an excellent side and put us under a lot of pressure, but we withstood it and nicked the points on the counter-attack. "It's typical of what we can achieve - and have achieved this season - as we've always been good defensively and scored two good goals to win the match." Hill revealed Gray was definitely one to watch for the future and would only get better when he adds strength to his undoubted talent. Hill added: "He's been with the club since he was a nine-year old. He's a hell of a prospect, but we've got to put a lid on his potential. He's only 19 now and I don't think you'll see the best of him until he fills out and reaches 21 or 22 years of age."
