Hill keen to get to work
Rochdale boss Keith Hill has stressed the importance of shaping his squad for next season as soon as possible.
Hill has presided over another successful campaign at Spotland and his men narrowly failed to make the play-offs following promotion last term.
Yet Hill will not stand still and says there will be plenty of comings and goings in the coming weeks.
"I've often stressed that now is the time to recruit," said Hill.
"We can't play catch up, we need a squad with a little bit of depth. I have a list of players who I think we should recruit and I feel we can recruit and it's important we try to make inroads into that list.
"I'll start talking to players during the week and next week. There are players who will be retained and players who will be released."
