Hill happy with point
Rochdale manager Keith Hill insisted he was happy with a point after a thrilling 3-3 draw against Swindon at Spotland.
After six defeats from their last seven games, Dale were rescued by Gary Jones' 86th-minute strike and it was a result Hill would have taken beforehand.
"I would have accepted a draw before the game because confidence is a key ingredient to success and we just wanted to get back on the points trail," he said.
"Performances have been good lately but we started nervously for the first 20 minutes and conceding the early goal didn't help. But I thought we grew into the game and I am happy with a point."
Swindon looked on course for victory after late goals from Charlie Austin and Michael Rose but Jones' second of the game ensured the honours ended even.
Hill added: "The last two goals we conceded were quality. We'd kept Charlie Austin relatively quiet but he produced a quality strike and then Michael Rose hits a superb free-kick, which we knew he was capable of doing and perhaps we should have been better prepared for that. But to salvage something shows the spirit we have in the camp and it gets a point on the board."
