Rochdale boss Keith Hill has been delighted with the efforts of his newly-promoted side so far this season. Dale host Colchester on Saturday, bidding to record their first npower League One victory of the campaign. They have drawn twice and dumped Championship side Barnsley out of the Carling Cup, giving Hill much cause for optimism ahead of this weekend`s showdown. "I'm delighted with the standard of performances from the lads and the way they have gone about their business," said Hill. "We are still searching for that first win in the league but I am very pleased with the start to a relatively unknown league for us. "We won't be favourites again this Saturday, but myself and the rest of the lads don't see that as an insult - we see it as motivation to upset a few pundits."
