Dawson: Dale driven on by failure

The unfashionable Lancashire outfit have not won a promotion since 1969 but they are eight points clear at the top and look set to go up automatically. Keith Hill's men have lost in the play-offs in the past two seasons and Dawson says they are determined to erase that pain in the coming weeks. Dawson declared: "It's been a good season for us and the lads have put in a lot of hard work on the training ground. That's starting to show in our game. "Quite a few of the lads are still at the club from previous years' disappointments and that makes them work harder."
