Daniels boost for Dale

Rochdale have been boosted ahead of the trip to Peterborough after extending Luke Daniels' loan spell for another seven days. The West Brom goalkeeper signed last week on an emergency seven-day loan which has now been extended following injuries to Josh Lillis (hamstring) and Matty Edwards (finger). Edwards now looks set to make his Dale debut at London Road and manager Keith Hill has no other suspension or injury problems. The match looks set to beat the big freeze and go ahead as scheduled. Spotland boss Hill said: "We need to be switched on and take it that the game is on. "We cannot be caught behind the wicket, we have to be mentally, tactically and physically prepared to face Peterborough."
