Dale to keep Le Fondre

On-loan striker Adam Le Fondre will remain at Rochdale for a second month.

Le Fondre, 20, has bagged two goals in three games for Dale and will remain at Spotland for a further month after Stockport County sanctioned the extension of his loan stay.

"We just seem him improving all the time," Rochdale boss Keith Hill told the club's official website.

"He is knocking up a great partnership with Glenn Murray and they cause opposing defenders untold problems."
