Dale problems mounting up

Rochdale manager Keith Hill is reeling ahead of their tough weekend clash at Dagenham & Redbridge with the news that his injury list has increased.
Following their 3-2 home reversal at home to Chesterfield on Saturday, captain Gary Jones joined Adam Rundle, Joe Thompson and Will Buckley on the sidelines after he limped out of the action with a hamstring problem while loan signings Simon Whaley and Dale Stephens have returned to their parent clubs.
Speaking to Rochdale Observer, he said: "We tried to do a better deal with Norwich to extend Simon Whaley's stay by another month, but it proved too expensive.
"We will definitely be looking to dip into the loan market this week, but people have got to realise we do not have a mountain of money.
"There has to be some clarity over what can be achieved."
