Dale persuade duo to join

Rochdale boss Keith Hill has tempted former Darlington players Clark Keltie and Scott Wiseman to move to Spotland.

Midfielder Keltie has penned a one-year deal with Dale, while defender Wiseman has agreed an initial six-month contract.

Newcastle-born Keltie made 176 appearances for the Quakers before being one of nine players released by boss Dave Penney in May.

Wiseman also ended his one-year stay with the north-east club earlier this summer after struggling to break in to the Darlington first team following his permanent transfer from Hull City last summer.
