Dale will maintain passing principles
Dale have won many admirers for their freeflowing style which has taken them into the League Two play-offs in the past two seasons.
They are now aiming to go one better by winning promotion and Hill has been hugely encouraged by his side's early-season form.
He said: "It's the type of football I want to endorse as a coach and the sort of stuff I'd like to watch as a supporter.
"With some of the football being churned out by some teams it is no wonder supporters are staying at home and I include the Premiership in that.
"We endorse good attacking football with a defensive strategy and it is working at this time."
