A hamstring injury at the start of December reduced Jones to the sidelines and the outstanding form of Jason Kennedy and Jason Taylor has since made it difficult for him to force his way back in.[LNB]Yet Jones has no qualms about biding his time and says boss Keith Hill has no reason to change a winning team.[LNB]Jones said: "The gaffer has kept faith with a winning team and you can't argue with that. He picks the side and he's been picking a winning team, so you can't ask for any more.[LNB]"It's been frustrating and it's really hard to be on the sidelines, especially when you are used to playing, but I've been 100 per cent behind the lads and the team has been flying."[LNB][LNB]
