While Dale fans were reflecting on a superb second-half comeback, Hill, a former Morecambe player, was more concerned about his team's poor first-half showing.[LNB]A Phil Jevons brace, which sandwiched an Ian Craney strike, put Morecambe 3-0 ahead at half-time but Chris Dagnall, Joe Thompson and Dale Stephens hit back after the break to earn Dale a point.[LNB]Hill said: "I want us to be up there challenging again this year and we certainly won't be doing that if we play like we did in the first half.[LNB]"We started well enough and Will Buckley should have given us an early lead. But he missed a great chance and we struggled after that and we have to make sure we learn from it.[LNB]"At 3-0 down at half-time the game could have gone either way because they could have gone on to win by four or five but we changed the system and got an early goal and built on it from there and we could have won the game in the end."[LNB][LNB]
