Rochdale manager Keith Hill was beaming after seeing his side snatch a last-gasp point in a 1-1 draw at Tranmere. Skipper Gary Jones was the hero, netting five minutes into injury time to cancel out Lateef Elford-Alliyu's fourth-minute goal and stretch Dale`s unbeaten run to seven games. Hill said: "We kept it going and we fully deserved to get something from the game. I thought our performance in the second half was really good. "Tranmere caught us by surprise early on. They really came out of the blocks and tactically we got it wrong. We were far too deep and they scored a great early goal. "We couldn`t really penetrate for much of the time but we never let up and we encouraged our full-backs to act as wingers. "It brought us a reward and certainly we were more than happy with the equaliser. It gives us a big boost. We have performed a lot worse and won."
