Serie A strugglers Reggina have added Slovakia international defender Matej Krajcik to their ranks.

The 30-year-old has joined the 19th-placed club on a two-year contract from Slavia Prague and could make his debut against Lazio on Sunday when the Serie A schedule resumes.

"Krajcik will provide the team with experience," said Reggina president Pasquale Foti.

"We have made an investment because Krajcik will remain with us for several years."
