Ronaldo not worried by blanks

Cristiano Ronaldo is not concerned despite failing to find the net for Real Madrid this calendar year.

The £80million Portugal star scored 13 goals in his first 12 appearances for his new club following his summer arrival from Manchester United.

Even on his return from a two-month ankle injury lay-off, Ronaldo hit the goal trail after netting four times in five games.

But despite drawing a blank on his last three appearances, the 24-year-old forward is refusing to be concerned.

"I'm not worried about not having scored. These things will come naturally because I'm working the same as I always do," he explained.

"I'm not getting worked about it, I'm sure the goals are going to come."
