Raul focused on Real career

Real Madrid ace Raul says he is focused on his commitments at club level, despite the European Championships dominating the football calendar this summer.
The 30-year-old is Spain's all-time leading goalscorer with 44 goals in 102 appearances, but he has been out of the picture for nearly two years, with coach Luis Aragones preferring David Villa and Fernando Torres.
He told El Pais: "My primary objective is to rest and get ready for next season.
"Next year it's going to be a long and demanding season, as they always are when it comes to Real Madrid.
"After winning two consecutive league titles a lot more is going to be expected of us and it's obvious that because of this, we're going to have to be prepared.
"Of course I still think about being selected, though it's getting more and more difficult.
"But I'd rather concentrate on day-to-day matters, especially at my club, and then if there's a chance of making the national team I'll fight for it."
