Casillas concerned by loss

Real Madrid goalkeeper Iker Casillas has admitted the Champions League last-16 defeat at Lyon has worried he and his team-mates.

Jean Makoun's brilliant solo effort secured a 1-0 first-leg advantage as the French side once again thwarted the Spanish giants.

They have now won their previous three clashes against Madrid at Stade Gerland, but with the return fixture at Santiago Bernabeu, Casillas is confident of securing a quarter-final berth yet cautious at the same time.

Speaking to AS, he said: "It is the third time we have gone there and have not been able to secure a positive result.

"The result is worrying because we did not expect to lose. We came with the hope of achieving a much more positive result.

"One has to be cautious of the 1-0 result. But at home, supported by our fans, it will be easier than here."
